1. Step: Open the TableExtractor application.
The Capture Frame is on the top of the application.

2. Step: Open a image document. The TableExtractor accepts TIFF
and BMP. Images other formats have to be converted first.

3. Step: The Capture button.
After pressing the Capture button, the OCR process is started.
With successful OCR, the content of the Capture Frame (CF) is
extracted to the right side table. Note: The CF must be placed within the
document bounds.

4. Step: Adjust the Capture frame and append columns.
By moving and streching the CF you can specify the table position.
Add columns by pressing the Append Column button. If the CF's
position is ok, you can press the Mark to save its position.
By pressing Adjust the TableExtractor will return to this
bounds.

5. Step: Specifiy column patterns.
By clicking on the columns headers you can specify the underlying
text pattern. The default pattern is "Any". In the Column Property
Dialog you can open, save, test and specifiy QRX patterns for the
current column.

6. Step: The AutoCorrection button
By pressing the AutoCorrection button the underlying column
patterns are checked and suggestions are made.
The colors (green, orange and red) of the single table elements show
the differences between OCR text and required column pattern. Small
changes of the AutoCorrection will cause values smaller than 1.

9. Step: Re-Use the table request.
After we analysed and exported the table on the left, we move the CF
to the right and restart the AutoCorrection process.

10. Step: Re-Definition of the column pattern.
In this example we modify the column request to accept "Dr." titles
within names.

11. Step: Save table to text file.
We can now export the table result to a text file.

12. Step: Export to Excel.
The exported text file can be imported to Excel.
